Mr. Tiscia has over twenty-seven years of experience that includes ten years as a Controller in the real estate/construction industry. He possess expertise in costs accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Mr. Tiscia is a leader with an objective management style who is effective at creating a team environment with a strong track record for implementing initiatives that reduced overhead while improving financial operations.

Mr. Tiscia assists the team by initiating Central’s cost control documents. In this capacity, he ensures that the entire cost control process is handled with extreme diligence to maximize value for our clients.

Prior to joining Central Consulting & Contracting, Mr. Tiscia acted as Controller for large General Contracting and Development firms in the New York City area. These firms worked closely with numerous City and State agencies providing Mr. Tiscia an unique understanding of the financial reporting necessary to do work in the City and State.
