Central was a part of St. Peter's Hospital's "second opinion team". Central evaluated their expansion plans for feasibility before planning began. In part, this required modifying an initial $275 million budget to $245 million; subsequently modifying the plan to a final budget of $258 million. Central's input has helped St. Peter's overcome design and engineering obstacles and made their massive renovation plan feasible, realizing their vision.
Now, as St. Peter's selected project manager, Central oversees the project and acts as the institution's liaison with the numerous architects, engineers, contractors and vendors needed to complete the project.
The excellence of our work on this project, during feasibility, elevated us from the "second opinion team" to the position of project manager.
