Englewood Hospital retained Central before beginning construction on their new Emergency Care Pavilion facility in Englewood, New Jersey. At the early stage, Central worked with the architectural and engineering team to evaluate the plans for feasibility and establish the project budget.
After final plans were approved, the client retained Central as the project manager to work with their team to see the project through completion. We are responsible for the solicitation of lump sum general construction bids as well as procurement and coordination of all security, IT, furniture, and equipment vendors.
